Amazing Community and Office Staff! One of the nicest properties in the High Desert!

Do not move into this place. It looks great but when i moved in it had cockroaches and the filthy nasty neighbors below use to throw the garbage on the porch and I ended up with rats on my porch too and they never did anything about it.. Everyone in the whole neighborhood uses the pool (Nasty) because they have no security until the evening (if you can call it security) My neighbors where a menace for a year and they did nothing about it. They offered to move me but, I was going to have to pay more rent. (That was a joke!) Kept lying and saying they were working on it but their interest was getting the rent and then not renewing the lease. They were horrific and this place does not care about your privacy, noise control, or any complaints. The place is straight ghetto so dont let the "Beautiful Grounds fool you!" And when i moved out they kept my deposit and had the nerve to charge me about 400.00 to paint the kitchen. This was the most pathetic, unprofessional, nasty place i ever lived in my life.

The apartment complex is more than I expected. Friendly staff, quick repairs/maintenance requests. Amenities galore, washer and dryer included, refrigerator with ice maker included, ceiling fans in bedrooms, new appliances, solid surface countertops, all at no additional cost. They also have fun monthly contests including best Halloween patio decoration contest which I personally won and I received a FREE MONTH! I would highly recommend this complex to everyone.

The staff here is terrible, I moved out in 6 weeks. They are very quick to charge residents for everything and are very disrespectful. At the end of the day, people just want good quality service and you will not get that here. DO NOT move here.

The floor plan is great. My unit is an ADA unit -- I am mobility impaired. I do miss cupboards under sinks, but also appreciate being able to get all the way up to the sink on days I must use wheelchair. Patio area is really good size -- room for chairs, table, plants. My only negative is noise -- particularly from residents who don't seem to believe that when they walk by yelling at someone, we really CAN hear what they say, it does wake us up, etc.
