Wimbledon Apartments has a very nice staff, beautiful landscape, and nicley decorated interior.

Some very rude and and shady residents

Great management and community is always clean and quiet. Everyone is friendly and nice to live around. I love how everything is so kept up too.

Safe environment, reasonable pricing, grounds kept clean, friendly office personnel

Overall good apartments, very quiet, some neighbors seem to leave a mess outside or allow their children to leave a mess outside.

Now that I've moved out I am posting this review for others to be wary about. I am posting this on an alternative account for anonymity. I was a resident for a decent amount of time (More than 2 years) and in this time period I've learned a lot about this complex. The amenities are nice, and so are the staff that is the one reason I did not rate it one stars. However the roach problems we experienced on and off throughout our stay was horrible. They never sprayed the whole building, only individual units, so they would go away until it got bad for someone else and they would come back again. It got to the point where it was unlivable and we refused to eat in the house because Moon or Shine there would be roaches on our counters, tables, and even bathrooms. Eventually they ruined all of our furniture and we had to throw everything away including retro gaming consoles because the infestation was just that bad. The bug company (who has changed since the very first time so this may not be true of the current bug company employed) ruined our floors and sprayed something to attract all of the bugs, then never came back for a secondary spray to kill them. So Instead of helping they just made a silent infestation much much worse. For the most part everything else was okay but I highly recommend touring a vacant unit first. Verify your building does not have an infestation, and if you see something please say something. I want to reiterate that this was my individual experience and does not necessarily mean the whole complex is like this as it is a very large gated community. It is just something to consider for the price.

Management office (Katie) needs to work on the way she explains information to tenants. Naomi is the only one at the office who is kind and helpful.

OUR COMPLEX AND NEIGHBORS ARE THE BEST AROUND, MANAGEMENT AND MAINTINANCE ARE THE BEST. WE'VE LIVED HERE 5 YEARS, AND INTEND TO FOR MANY MORE YEARS!!!
