I've lived in the condominium for two years. In the beginning, everything was perfect and I recommended it here to all my friends. But now I live a nightmare here! My house was taken over by cockroaches and they took a long time to resolve it, not to mention that maintenance doesn't respond to a request, they just finish it without even answering your questions. I really don't recommend it here to anyone else!! When you move here, throw poison before entering otherwise you will be kicked out by cockroaches.

I just moved into the Eaves with my fianc' and I absolutely LOVE living here so far! The staff has been so nice and has answered all of our questions and maintenance requests in a timely matter! I LOVE how the Bart is walking distance and the Iron Horse Trail is a short walking distance to downtow Walnut Creek and downtown Pleasant Hill! The Eaves really is located in the best location! I would recommend this living community to my family and friends!

Good place to stay, I am hoping that once the construction work is over, this would become still more livable.(Quite and less noise)

Eaves Walnut Creek apartment community is beautiful, safe and quiet. Right now my apartment is getting a face lift, but in due time it will look pleasant. It's a bit pricey, but you don't have to worry about suspicious characters at night. There's a pool, spa, fitness center and laundry room on site. you're considering this place, I suggest to check it out.

Coming from another state, eaves Walnut Creek made the moving process as simple and painless as possible.

Moving in during their remodeling construction on the outside of the buildings was quite unnerving, and privacy lacked. BUT they were only there during the day, and the move in process was AMAZING. The staff was AWESOME, and very accomodating. I love my apartment, but really wish they had lowered the rent due to the lack of space, and un-updated unit. They do have higher prices for the updated units, but the difference between the two options is not much. Aesthetic differences aside, everyone in the complex has been friendly to me, and my pets. It's been great living here in peace without any major issues. However, the washer/dryer did stain all of my whites in one load of laundry I did. I contacted my leasing consultant about the issue with photos of the damage, but she never responded to my e-mail. I'm hoping that the issue was fixed. I've been a little hesitant to do laundry since then. Other than the minor issues, I am extremely happy living here. For an apartment complex it is very clean, accommodating to many different age groups, and comfortable.
