Overall experience is good, but rent up way too much for an already existing resident, and no more benefits were received.

Neighborhood feels safer than most. rent is not the most affordable, but it is fair, and management doesn't stick you with all the fees imaginable. However, it would be nice if they offered some rent discount to existing (good) tenants as more and more "unwanted" elements seem to be moving into these apartments. Would be nice to have a surveillance camera inside the gated parking areas as well as in the laundry room where things have gone missing. The Office staff are very cordial
