    They only have one laundry unit and its on the opposite side of where we live..ways away for most people. And if you live downstairs you hear your upstairs neighbor ..not enough parking..and really hard to get out of with the morning commute

    I moved in because I liked the rules such as No bike riding on sidewalks etc No pot/tabacco smoking on balconies,etc.Sadly these rules are NOT enforced. I smell pot coming from various balconies and thick cigarette and cigar smoke across the path so much so that I cannot open my windows on hot evenings etc. A pack of 10 year olds are still riding bikes dangerously behind and in front of our moving cars! Despite our complaints nothing is done. They scream and yell for hours every day 4-10 pm!
