overall a good place to live. people are nice. the only problem here is the laundry room is too noisy, can anyone in the top management help make improvement for this? can people close the door when they clean at night? some people even clean their clothes at 1 or 2am in the morning. we have baby in the home and really need good sleeping. please. overall a very good place.

They where always super nice when I needed anything. I moved to a different state, they where able to accommodate the requests I had. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, quiet location. They are also very fast in getting anything fixed, and the security is great! Helped me out a couple of times I locked myself out. A++

Overall its been a good experience at Crown Point, but did not rate them as excellent due to the following. The laundry rooms ALWAYS have a machine or two out of order. Even when its not noted as out of order, it takes a second spin in the dryer to dry regular size loads of laundry. Also after complaining about my A.C. not cooling my apartment, I was told by the 3rd party A.C. company repair that my ceiling is thin, and thats why it gets so hot, and that the A.C. though old can only do so much.

The price for what you get is good, but most of the problems I've had are with residents and such, not with the apartment complex itself.

Crown point apt ia a very quiet place to stay.. The best apt i've stayed so far.. Managers r gud.. Friendly neighbors..i will really recommend this place to my friends.

Living downstairs is pretty miserable with the noise coming from the from the upstairs apartment.
