        They never got to me regarding the room or any other rooms that might be available. Seems like they don't need business.

        No issues / problems faced wrt the house rented till date Nice location, spacious house when compared to the apartment sizes in this area. The only sad part was that the rent was increased by a large percentage when it was time to renew our lease

        Very safe, low key, maintenance people terrific. Parking not a problem, laundry rooms good. Only drawback: rents based on "Market value" which does not help long-term tenants like myself. Last lease renewal had odd amounts that did not seen tied to the length of the lease - the 9 month rate was much lower that the 12 month rate, for instance.

        I like living in Oakview and happy with everything except I wish we had central air conditioning and heaters in apartments. It gets very cold on winter times and hot on summer. Plus some things in apartments are breaking over time when , i just wish their can be replaced instead of fixing it up. I truly hope you are considering all feedback's in consideration. Thank you very much.
