    all these units are infested with cockroaches, mainly in the kitchen area. management is not very helpful in dealing with this issue. this property needs to be tented in order to solve this situation that is annoying to every single tenant. The reason I know this problem is in every single unit is because I have spoken to different tenants from other buildings in the same property and they have the same problem. It is extremely stressful living like this in paranoia.

    I have been living here for almost 10 years and i absolutely love this place. Anytime I have a question, request or problem the management is fast to help. Marilyn the apartment manager is so friendly, she even has doggie treats for the fur babies when they come into the office. The office staff is always smiling and welcoming. The maintenance of the grounds is spectacular. The grass is always green and the little stream and bridges by the tennis courts is a beautiful area to walk your dogs. They even have bags to pick up your dogs mess. All the amenities make this complex one of the best I have ever lived at. I can't thank everyone enough for making this apartment my favorite place to live.

    2 stars says "there are better places to live" and 3 Stars says "this is a good place to live". So lets put some context into those statements. The apartments are nice size, the grounds are well kept, and the maintenance staff is very nice and accommodating. But thats only half of the equation because management is train wreck in slow motion. The office manager Marilyn is NOT a people person by any stretch of the imagination. The front office people (of which there have been 4 different ones in 10 months) are nice to speak with, but always have to get answers from Marilyn before they can help you, which speaks to the "games" that Marilyn plays. If you dont bring any issues to their attention and dont have any issues for maintenance, you will get along ok, but if you do, well thats when the horns come out and your branded a "problem tenant" in her mind. Next up on the list of "cons" about living here is the parking. After moving in we noticed that parking spaces are very close to each other (to get more spaces in the area used), so if you dont drive a Smart car or Honda Civic size vehicle, prepare to be squeezed when entering or leaving your vehicle. On that note, the signs posted say that all vehicles must have a resident sticker in the window or they will be towed, which couldnt be farther from the truth because i have come home after midnight with no place to park anywhere inside the gated area, only to see for myself that 3 cars in the first 10 spaces had no sticker & i was forced to park next door at the shopping center, and when the office was notified, the response was that security will be informed. Which leads to the issue of security, which is present, but lazy. They make their rounds inside the complex at 10 pm to lock the pool and tennis court areas, then they stroll outside to do a drive around the parking area (which is when they should be finding these cars parked without stickers and have them towed), but none ever do. Good luck and choose wisely!

    Horrible management, people that live here have no respect for others or their property. No one knows how to pick up after their animals here. Office manager here does NOT take care of anything. She goes through staff like crazy and doesn't like when you tell them how it is! Roach infested!
