Had a leak in the kitchen ceiling for 2 years now. New property manager every few months, they dont communicate. Damaged property in my kitchen multiple times. Code violations, including intentional blocking of kitchen ventilation. Roaches that never end. Cat and dog feces all over the common areas. Barbecues have worked maybe 4 times in the 2 years I have lived here. Wanted to talk to someone above the manager about these ongoing issues, he gave me his own business card lol. Worst apartment experience of my entire life. Also, they are WAY over priced.

I am looking fora one bedroom with a small dog I am 73 would prefer lower unit and I cant move until January.

Too much rent for a crap apt

LONG POST BUT SO INCREDIBLY NECESSARY. do not even consider leasing with this place. it’s a complete dump for way too high of a price (and the rent keeps increasing), the property managers (3rd property managers in the last 8 months) are almost never in the office and they never pick up the phone, in fact i think they removed the phone from the office. i lived here for 2 years, and every moment was a nightmare. from the constant ants, roaches and spiders, to TERMITES that they don’t seem to care about. in my third month of living here, they decided to start replacing the roof of my building, there was heavy rain and throughout the whole building, everyone’s ceilings were leaking and in the night, my roommate’s entire ceiling fell onto her bed, leaving an enormous hole. a few months later, our unit started to stink of gas and we assumed it was the heater attached to the wall. we had the maintenance guy, bob, come check it out to which he said that there was no leak and that we were fine. the smell built up for months to the point where being at home was unbearable, so i called socal gas to come look at it. low and behold, we had a leak. the gas guy said it was so bad that we were lucky nothing happened. apparently the pipes were connected incorrectly, and we had to walk bob through fixing the leak because he didn’t know how to do it. this complex is a joke, don’t bother applying, the prices are NOT worth it.

BEWARE! MAJOR REOCCURRING MOLD PROBLEM!! If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I were so excited when we moved into our 2 bd that quickly became a nightmare. We lost more than $3,000 worth of personal items (some very sentimental that could not be replaced) due to the mold infection. We lost dozens of shoes, clothes, furniture, a new thousand dollar mattress! Not to mention I just had a new born baby and have a young child with special needs they couldn't care less about sanitation. Management does a very poor job "fixing" the issue they blame it on you saying you need to leave the windows open (which I did everyday, even during winter WTH!) they come and repaint over the surface of course the mold is going to come back.Do your self a favor and avoid this place or just ask any resident living there if they also get mold MORE than half have the same reoccurring problem. The city needs to shut this place down. Another issue was the walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors whole conversations. We moved out as soon as our 10 month lease was over! If we could've moved out sooner we would've!

Unprofessional. Scheduled a viewing. Confirmed multiple times - and they were closed when I showed up. When I followed up, no response. Avoid!

Not sure why my review was deleted manager is super unprofessional!! we tried to rent here we had proof of everything he really took a long time, just beware this guy never in his office!! And they literally ask everything of you you need to give them your whole life basically lol
