Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and in great shape upon move in. I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

We are satisfied by our community and apartment. My 6 month old loves the pools, and our dogs have ample opportunity for quality walks. Overall we are very happy with our choice of Avalon Woodland Hills, and we are excited to meet more of our neighbors!

Dont living in main inside street becouse oglf too much noise , and green area is so dirty becouse of the dogs and nobody clean
