Property is clean most of the time and the landscape surrounding the buildings are in good shape; however, man Read Moreagement needs to pay more attention to ameneties. Anything that needs to be fixed, requires a work order. I have put work orders and we are still waiting for things to be fixed. Here are a few examples: Trash chute rooms need air fresheners. For building with rents ranging from $2k to $6K, you would think management will want the trash chuters to smell clean. The spa is always out of service. I just found a review in Appartments.com saying that the jacuzzi has been down since 2013. I wish I would have read that before I moved in. Some of the bbqs and the fire pit have not been working for the last three months. I called the manager and followed up In person to only hear that I needed to place work order. Here is my work order replace the management agent.
