      The neighborhood is culturally diverse. It has a great neighborhood park that is used for community events

      Neighbors, close to stores, not a Main Street. Easy to drive around. A good grocery store is a half mile away and so is Starbucks.

      Shopping stores and food. Movie theater.boweling alley and pool hall. Live music and safe social gatherings

      Multicultural families. We are also close to stores and restaurants (2 miles), plus a nice walking trail.
