Local Reviews

We live very close to lake Michigan. We have a beautiful park nearby. We like to go to coffee shops and ride our bikes.

I like the nearby parks. I like nearby stores and restaurants. There are plenty of fun activities for families.

The neighborhood is very close to the airport, downtown, local restaurants and bar's, school's, libraries, parks, the lake and so on very near and close to many things

The activities and friendships, all of the neighbors care for one another and the children are simply awesome, fantastic pets who all get along

Nearby communities have schools, walkable parks, fitness facilities, entertainment, restaurants, cafes, trips with family, restaurants and bars with friends

I like the vibe of this neighborhood. It's quieter and safer than the last one we lived in. It has a few nice restaurants and a local grocery store. And the farmere market nearby.

About

Yucaipa, CA

Overview of Yucaipa

The stunning landscape of Yucaipa, Calif., offers picturesque views of the San Bernardino Mountains. Because the community is at a high elevation, it is said that residents get to enjoy cleaner air and milder temperatures. Situated about 75 miles away from Los Angeles, Yucaipa is close enough to a modern metropolis while being removed enough for a relaxing lifestyle. The four miles of primarily undeveloped land along Interstate 10 makes the community a great place for new businesses and economic growth. People looking for apartments for rent in Yucaipa may be attracted to the city for many reasons as it continues to grow as an environmentally stable and thriving economic center. According to statistics from the U.S. Census Bureau, about 52,100 people live in Yucaipa.

Living in Yucaipa, CA

Yucaipa was just incorporated in November 1989, but that doesn't take away from its economic stability. Year after year, the local school district continues to rank near the top of educational standings, and the community's plan for growth will just improve upon the current standards. The Uptown Business District is being developed for industrial and commercial development, and Yucaipa is known as one of the greatest untapped development opportunities in southern California. Likely because of its close proximity to transportation, Yucaipa apartments are strategically located near Interstate 10, which can be accessed by three interchanges. The city also boasts 14 parks, an equestrian area, municipal pool, state park, a 200-acre regional park and three lakes.

Yucaipa Attractions and Special Events

In honor of the city's official flower, the Yucaipa Iris Festival is an annual event that has put the town on the map. More than 20,000 people are expected to attend the event each year, which features 80 local vendors, live entertainment in an outdoor amphitheater, games, a home and garden expo and obstacle courses. This family-friendly event began in 2000 and continues to bring the community together, as well as members of neighboring towns.
