When the maintenance guys would come to fix things, they'd sit on the couch and stay for an uncomfortable amout of time. I didn't know how to politely ask them to leave. A pipe burst in the sink in my bathroom. I didn't get a phone call from the staff to let me know my apartment had flooded. Instead, I came home to strangers walking in and out of my apartment, having touched all my stuff. They left highly personal belongings in plain view. This company does not operate professionally.

The only problem we ever had was we had was flying ants, I am not talking a little amount they were flying out of light fixtures, they were all over in our living room, they looked like any army marching up the walls. We were in a ground level apartment and the front office treated it as no big deal, we had to wait because the pest people weren't there that day.

they have 6to many rules and you just feel you are walking on eggshells all the time. You cant walk to heavy, you cant breathe to loud, you cant sing, you just cant do anything because there is a clause in the 50 page lease you sign so they will write you up.

It's really expensive for how old the buildings are, but that figures in this economy. Management was pleasant.
