Alder Peak Townhomes

I moved into the Oasis from out of town, sight unseen. The office manager was very helpful and there were no surprises on move-in day which having lived in other places prior was a breath of fresh air. The pictures and description were representative of the complex and apartment. Also, the maintenance staff was very prompt in fixing problems, and making sure that the apartment was left in the original condition. Negatively, there was no exercise room or pool but that's a minor.

We have aground level (no Steps); the grounds are well kept; every thing I have need fixed has been done immediately (same day), I have excellent response from administration.
