I used to call this place a home. I was always happy even though this place had have problems. But, for the last few months this place has become something than home. If you want to be living with spiders, trash, dead mices, mold, broken appliances, broken furniture, dog poop, and etc, then this will be perfect for you. Listen and read reveiws of all the people who have lived here for the past few months. Management sucks, the place is nasty, and it's not habitant to be in here. Stay Away from Here!!! Don't move in or you'll get screwed!!!

Whatever you do DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. We were ideal tenants. Always paid our rent on time. Always paid every bill we were presented. We had 2 leases with them. When we started our second lease we received a credit from the first apartment towards the 2nd which was us getting most or all of our deposit back. We worked with Paulette who was always helpful. We have since moved out of the 2nd apartment which was a year lease and I just received a call from a collection company. They are saying we owe over $500 dollars from the first apartment. How can we owe from the first apartment when we received a credit for our deposit back. Instead of giving us the money they pushed the credit and now I know why. It is only in their records. They have now locked us out of the resident portal so we cannot see it there either. The manager Brandy refused to give us that documentation that we asked for. Even if there had been a bill if we had been presented it we would've paid it we never received a bill once and we lived in another of their apartments so they knew exactly where we were. If you go check BBB for their property management company JRK, you will see this is a common practice of theirs. At this point I am convinced at this point since I never received the bill and collections is only just now sending it out over a year and cant give me a date for when they first supposedly sent it out, that Brandy or somebody in that office fabricated the bill recently. They then added the date from the month we moved out of the first apartment and added over $230 in late fees and sold it to the highest bidder in collections and that's the first I heard of it from a collections company. It is a shady practice and there will be legal repercussions. I will go after the property management and anybody implicated. I have also contacted the problem solvers which have dealt with them before.

Whatever you do, do not sign a lease here. This place is horrible. They never do what they say they are going to do! They do business so bad I'm pretty sure the only thing that is keeping them afloat are their prices. Don't be fooled. My apartment was horrible and all of them are old. I only had one a/c unit that was supposed heat/cool my entire 2 bedroom apartment. The walls are so thin that during the winter you will freeze. Unless you buy multiple heaters and run up your electric bill. After I moved out I was told that I will receive my deposit in the mail. Not only did not receive it but I wasn't even notified why until I bill showed up on my credit report saying that I owed them. I quadruple checked to make sure they had the right address, email, and phone number before I left and they never contacted me. The customer service was horrible. I don't know if their staff just doesn't care or it they are not properly trained. I honestly think its both. Nobody takes responsibility for their faults. They couldn't even fix things like water pressure and temperature. I would be in the shower and the temperature would change drastically and I would either get burned by the water or it would change to freezing cold all the time. There was maybe two times in the year that I stayed when the shower temperature did not change. This place is horrible and they don't care at all about their tenants. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I REPEAT, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Very poor facility.

Rude management, unresponsive, over priced. Had bed bugs, property was filthy, even though you pay for valet trash. Amenities are not included in the rent and dont work most of the times. When I moved out, instead of receiving my security deposit, I received a letter from the collection agency that was mailed to my old address. So not only did they not gave me my security deposit back, I am left with fixing this and it did damage to my credit score

There is a good reason for the exceptionally poor rating. This is a poorly maintained property with unhelpful staff. Crystal, the " regional manager" is more concerned about getting your money than providing acceptable service. Complaint? She boasts she is the final word. They will provide you a number to corporate that no one answers and connects to a full voicemail. Good luck with any complaints. The grounds have trash, you pay for hot water in addition to rent - you pay for the hot water of other apartments too, it is not unit specific. It is a dangerous property - check with local police stats. Community rules are not enforced, allowing for a poor environment. Take your money elsewhere.
