        The garage area is real bad as well as the dog poop. Had problems with roaches when I first moved in, but now its not a problem because I exterminate every month . But The size of the apartment is very nice and the rent for the Square footage is very Reasonable for todays cost.

        I am so disappointed in these apartments I had so many issues the latter part of our stay for being 2 days late during this pandemic they had the audacity to tape an embarrassing note to the door signed by naomi, then got mad at my angry email to them didnt have the courtesy to tell us about a non renewal that they maliciously put on our lease as I have a family of 4 and waited till last minute...thank goodness we had already planned to leave and then refused to send our rental history to our new landlord...I would never recommend anyone here it may be mildly affordable in this pandemic climate but they are truly not a good management team.

        my partner and i are moving soon and we decided to take a look at greenview about two weeks ago, As we were waiting for one of the office people to help us we overheard a guy that worked in the leasing office talking on the phone talking about a lady that had complained about someone breaking in into her car or apartment. The way that he was talking on the phone seemed like he didn't really care about it, it mostly seemed like he was complaining about the lady and her problem. he was the person that showed us around the apartment, he was rude and acted like he had better things to do than help us, the grass and plants all around the complex looked dead and gross. over all it just seemed really dirty. When we got to the model apartment, the balcony had a bunch of dead birds, they should really clean that up if they are going to be showing it to people.we probably will not be moving here. we're mostly worried about having someone break into our cars. very disappointing-

        Maintenance is a joke if working meant driving around in carts smoking and talking then they are on point.. Hence why I have over 8 open work orders for a year now. Leasing staff is rude hangs up on you and never open on time about 30 minutes late and close early. Manager ha if she is there or smoking all the time.

        There were problems with mold. It ruined my things in the closet. Water infiltrated through the carpets and ruined many of my belongings. Frost would fill in through the windows and doors.
