      Terrible management very rude and not helpful. They leave letters on your door with your personal information on it. With all the rent you collected for this dump you can afford envelopes.Mailbox has been broken for almost four months.

      It would be beneficial to have accurate prices for apts as well as the qualifications that are never mentioned until you make an apt and get there for the tour... such as having to make 3 times the amount of the rent, etc. I wouldnt have wasted my time or theirs had I known that in the beginning. Took off work for it and didnt even get the tour. Not their fault. It was same at all apartments. Would have been nice to have known in the beginning is all.

      The new manager is rude.I when down to the leasing office to put in a work order in. And the manager said they dont need to come down here to get coffee. And I have done work order and they was never put in the system so the things in my apartment can get tix

      When I thought I couldnt find a apartment soon after looking everywhere seeing rude people at the offices not helping at all,my mom told to go to preserve at city center I soon as I walked in the office Sandra with her big smile helped me alit showed me different options I decided it to stay here and called my husband to apply right away. I really love my apartment and Im hoping I can stay here for long
