    The new manager is rude.I when down to the leasing office to put in a work order in. And the manager said they dont need to come down here to get coffee. And I have done work order and they was never put in the system so the things in my apartment can get tix

    I lived their for 8 months and the apartments are nicely remodeled, but their is so many little thing wrong with them like for example the bathroom made a weird load noice, our kitchen faucet water would turn boiling hot and didn't go back to cold, so I would burn my hands while washing the dishes. We told management more then 5 times and we even got to telling their janitor but never ever did anything thing about it. Their management is horrible and I've heard the same from others that have lived their. One of the reasons we left..

    Air conditioning unit broke and it took over a week in hot weather to get it fixed

    The staff members in the apartment complex do their best to satisfy their residence even if your request is beyond their control. They are very lenient and understanding to your every day life and work with you on so many levels.

    The Preserves communication with its residents and potential residents could be better. It has gotten better since we first moved in but definitely still needs some work. The apartments are decent but the community is kind of interesting. Aurora is not my favorite part of Denver, if you like aurora then you will like these apartments.

    I have lived there for several years and items that were suppose to be repaired or replaced are still not done. You would think after several years they could get this stuff done. It took 3 months for them to replace the fridge after it went out. They bill for pest control however bugs everywhere. were it not for extenuating circumstances I would have moved long ago. Terrible place to live for the cost.
