They will spring a new fee on you every month, you will have to track down management and Matenance and hope they dont literally slam their office door in your face. They now charge for even uncovered parking, double sold my parking space and still havent gotten back to myself or the other person they sold my spot to after a week and multiple visits to the office. Initial make ready repairs they skipped at move in that we were promised would be done remain to the wayside. Maintenance regularly ignores directions and thus has lost our cat MULTIPLE TIMES. The office staff is super friendly but super useless

Apartment and area is great. Management has a new fee for you every month, and usually can't tell you why. No one in the office seems to do their part of signing leases, calling residents back, and is just generally unhelpful. I've been here a few years and have seen the entire management team been replaced, yet nothing has really changed.

THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS FRIGGIN AWSOME!!!!! THE MANAGER HER IS GREAT MAITNENCE AND GROUNDS ARE GREAT AND THERE ARE NO LOUD/ANNOYING NEIGHBORS AT ALL! I can't contain myself and my happiness for me on moving in here

I am a small business owner and I know that reviews mean the most to me. I wanted to take a moment to share my personal opinion with how much improvement I have seen within the last 6 months at Shawadow Ridge. The new management has turned this property into a beautiful comfortable environment. Grounds looks amazing now and with new fresh paint on the way I could not be more excited to call it home. Just happy all around.

Not sure my review went thru so here i go again. I have been here over 1 yr. I renewed my lease. You are close to anything you need. Management is outstanding. If you want a clean and most important. A safe place to live this is the place. To those who are skeptical come see for yourself in person.
