        I would like to say that it was unacceptable that you (Two Coast living) who owns this property would not do anything on our behalf regarding our experience at your property (Shadow Ridge at Southlands). We signed a contract, and your property did not honor the terms. Our apartment was never prepped nor cleaned before move in. Our heat in our daughter's room was never fixed and she has had a cold room since we moved in. There is trash, garbage all over the stairs and property grounds. I have had to go into the office so many times to get things fixed, looked at, or changed. Going up and down the stairs is madness because trash is never cleaned up. There have been tampons, open trash bags, and food laid all over the place. Our tub had yellow stains all around the tub when we first arrived, and we told them about it. Nothing was ever done about it, and then corporate shut down the idea of even approving to get it cleaned. My garage door was never truly fixed after months of talking to them about it. We have pleaded to them over and over, and now that we have cancelled our lease with them, corporate has stated once again that nothing can be compensated. The staff here was great, but I do not recommend living here because signing the lease will not be honored.

        I would advice against this place. Last weekend I applied for a apartment here on Sunday wanting to move in Friday which is tomorrow. They asked for a holding fee of $500 and their agreement states to be careful with what apartment you choose and any changes to the apartment number or date after already selected may result in you losing that $500 deposit. The next day on Monday they got back to me saying that I don't have credit and thats why I didn't qualify (strange because I just opened a TMobile account a couple months ago and was told I have good credit) so I asked for my money back and was told I signed it away. In that 1 day I did not violate ANYTHING against their terms. Nothing there about it saying if you don't have credit we will keep your money. Don't come here, read the other reviews from newest. They are all pretty much bad. They have been taken to court already too 6 months ago. I'm not the only one this happened to.

        Limited parking available close to apartment. High public service bill for the size of apartment. Tenants with dogs not picking up after them.

        It's safe, quiet, modern, and a great value for the inexpensive rent. I had a garage below me and it was perfect. Quick access to highways and across the street from shopping.
