Our apartment was nice and clean, and the community in general is well cared-for. Neighbors could be better ab Read Moreout not leaving garbage all over the place, but the maintenance staff is wonderful. They are prompt and helpful. We are comfortable in our apartment, and we have everything we need. We wish that we were allowed to have a gas grill on our patio, but having the ones near the pool available is usually good enough.

Rent can only be submitted through US mail and in person with a physical check. Maintenance requests can only Read Morebe submitted in written form in person in the office. There was a water leak in the adjoining fire sprinkler room but the manager did not inform us. We had water and mold in our apartment due to that flooding. They did not cut and replace moldy damaged Sheetrock. When we moved in there were no baseboards. They said it was supposed to be that way. They are awful.

They didn't keep the sidewalks free of snow and ice during the winter months, maintenance would knock once and Read More then just walk into the apartment, even after I told them NUMEROUS times to call me first, as I have an infant and was sleeping with him on a few occasions when they came in, (I didn't hear them knock)

They no longer accept package drop-off at the office or have a rent drop off slot for those of us who work "re Read Moregular office hours." They instituted a parking tag system. However, the pass impairs the vision of the driver. So you have to take it down and put it up to park. They have a list of "allowed items" for the patio. However, they obviously don't enforce it from the sight of several patios. When it was time to move out, they only had 1 "authorized" carpet cleaner we could call.
