    I rated average because I don't feel the apartment is worth what we are paying. We moved into a newly remolded apartment and soon afterward every screw came out of each door and completely off the hinges (master and guest bathroom as well as master bedroom and son's room, and front door!), all the cabinets fall of the hinges, the paint is starting to peel, the tiles on the floors easily come up. Just not what I would expect for $1226

    Price is really high for the size and quality of the apartment. Faux stainless (except for the microwave) and laminate hardwood floor. Only 700 sq ft. I know the price is high because of the general Denver Metro area at ~$1,150 with all utilities, but that doesn't change how ridiculous it is. Really no places that are this nice that are cheaper, all that I have seen are more expensive and I've seen a lot of places not as nice that are also more expensive. Other than the price, it's great.

    The manager is great the staff are nice, but the maintaince seems to be a smoke screen if you look closer the pool and hot wall were gross it was like being in a tub that hadn't been cleaned in months and then then to clean it bleach or something would be added so strong that your eyes would burn but the walls were never scrubbed down. The windows on many of the buildings would stay dirty for weeks and large spider webs and trash layed in the same spots for weeks at a time.

    Rent is high for aurora. It seems like they nickel and dime you for every little thing, like community electricity and heating of halls and bug spraying. The water bill is divided up by building, then the amount of people living in your apartment. For two people, we average 40-50 for water and 15-20 for sewer. That's the most I've ever paid in Colorado. Plus, the water bill went down once they closed the pool and stopped watering the grass, which I was told isn't included in the water bill.

    Wonderful place to live. Safe and quiet. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would recommend them to peers. A complaint is the nature of utilities. I wish the buildings were wired and plumbed for individual bills versus the community collective. I believe it breeds a lackadaisical approach to conservation. Likewise, the option for recycling would be very much appreciated. Price is competitive. No one likes paying rent, but there are worse places to spend your money.
