    The Boulder is a great community that has a lot to offer. I love the pool, gym, and yoga room that is available. The management staff is awesome, friendly, and efficient. The apartments are spacious and most are recently updated.

    I have lived at The Boulders for 5 years and recently moved to a remodeled apartment within the community. The city is in the middle of a flood control project that goes right through the property. The project has been noisy and disruptive at times but is reaching the stage where the work affecting The Boulders is almost done. Aside from the project which The Boulders has no control over, this community is a delight to live in. I like the location close to stores, restaurants, public transportation and green way paths. The staff has been friendly and responsive to the needs of the residents. Maintenance issues are addressed soon after requests are made and problems are usually resolved on the first visit.
