Local Reviews

Feel safe, friendly neighbors that watch out for each other, close to highway and stores, quiet and feel safe .

Quiet subdivision away from downtown with new schools. Close to several stores and restaurants but not too close.

It is a small town, I know my neighbors and the streets are clean and well maintained. Everyone here knows each other and my child's school is two blocks away. Police presence is good and neighbors do watch out for each other.

It's where I grew up. Its quiet and not too far from the park, it's a good place to take kids and have a walk.

Lots of parks and restaurants. I really like there's a Mexican restaurant in every direction less then 3 blocks away.

I like the convenience of the restaurants and shopping very near our villa. We can walk to Target for a few groceries, walk to the restaurants or just to walk around the shops. We do not have family here but have met a few friends at the area restaurants. Looking forward to exploring the mountain areas when pandemic is over.
