I would not suggest renting from this company because of the high price and lack of safety measure and mainten Read Moreance on community things like the garage and control they put on residents.

Bell Summit provides spacious, beautiful apartments with updated appliances, fixtures, and built-in washer and Read More dryer. I have enjoyed using the posh, well-decorated clubhouse to hang out or study, and love using the new gym and yoga room. We are also lucky to have a beautiful pool (and hot tub) that is surrounded with comfortable lounge chairs, some grills, and several nice seating areas. I appreciate that our building is secure with doors that only open with key fobs, and I love having a parking garage, especially during the winter! Maintenance staff is responsive, and is there to fix anything you need within 48 hours. I have been a happy resident here for over 7 years!

Do not rent here. Staff are not helpful. Staff are rude, and unprofessional. It is clear that either the staff Read More does not care about tenants, or corporate does not care about tenants - either way, they both only care their pockets and brushing issues off as fast as possible.
