However you choose to spend your down time, 25 Broadmoor's apartments will meet your needs with affordable style! Our apartment homes include updated flooring and finishes with floor to ceiling windows*. All appliances are included and we are cable and high speed internet ready. We have Air Conditioners and Ceiling fans in all of our apartment homes. Most floor plans offer large private patio/balcony. All floor plans have expansive closets. Applicant has the right to provide 25 Broadmoor with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in Colorado Revised Statutes 38-12-902(2.5); and 2) if Applicant provides 25 Broadmoor with a PTSR, 25 Broadmoor is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for 25 Broadmoor to access or use the PTSR.

    Avoid this place at all cost, I went in on 4/17/2024 and looked at their one bedroom apartment. Loved it but James lied from moment one. I told him we needed a 6 month lease he told me they could do that for 200 more a month , not a problem for us. Then told me of this current promotion which I could pay as little as 380 to move in. I went home and applied on 4/18 And got approved on 4/19. When he emailed me the details, I noticed that the term was for 12 months not the 6 I asked for on my application and in person. I called and talked to James, he apologized and told me they couldn't do that I would have to do a 7 month lease and it would be 300 more a month. I would not be getting the deal because that was for a year lease, and I would have over 1500 on top of my first months rent. I was not told that untill After I had paid my application fee of 53.15 per person (double regular almost) and hold deposit of 125.00. He was totally unprofessional joking about vehicle manslaughter charges & that's why he didn't have a car. He is a con artist looking to money grab people with disposable income.

    Got back to me Right away. BUt failed to reply to my follow-up questions. I can't just hop in the car and travel across the state to ask questions and have a look-see. I really like what I heard but if this is an example of what to expect from management, I'm not sure.
