Cheyenne Crossing Apartments is perfectly situated within the highly prestigious Broadmoor Area in southwestern Colorado Springs. Nestled against the foothills of Cheyenne Mountain, our community is within minutes of Fort Carson and just around the corner of all your shopping and dining needs. Unwind in our year-round heated pool and sauna or keep active in our upgraded fitness center.
Our lease terms are: 3 months, 4 months, 5 months, 6 months, 7 months, 8 months, 9 months, 10 months, 11 months, 12 month (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details)
Pet Policy: Maximum 2 pets per apartment. Restrictions: We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $300 pet fee per pet and $25 pet rent/month there is no weight limit per pet and aggressive breeds are prohibited. We do accept Huskies and German Sheppards.

Location is excellent. Outside is well maintained but their parking lot is horrible: speed bumps extend into s Read Morepaces and they held "maintenance" over about a week once that was extremely inconvenient and only consisted of painting the lot instead of fixing actual cracks and potholes. The auto gate is extremely annoying - kept closed during the day which is not needed, the key codes don't work for me at least (fortunately the entrance gate is usually broken), and the walking gate is unlocked so makes the auto gate almost obsolete. Rent is WAY too high - I have a 1 bedroom apartment and pay more than people across the street with a 2 bedroom + garage. The apartment is poorly constructed - outlets are fickle and lighting is poor (no living room lighting). Work orders take weeks. There is a wood burning fireplace which is cool. City Utilities (electricity) cost me upwards of $100 in the winter, about $30 in the summer. For some reason my utilities through Cheyenne Crossing have also steadily risen throughout my residency by about $60, I only recently noticed this so have not gotten a reason for this yet. Would not recommend, look across the street on Cheyenne Meadows.

The communication and loyalty to residents is subpar. Additionally, the grounds maintenance is not unkept.
