      Unless you like cockroaches (alive and dead), dirty rooms, walls and dirty carpets when you move in you will not like this place. Missing cabinet shelves, broken closet wardrobe bars (metal one that hurt when they break and cut the top of your feet). Management acknowledges / apologized in writing for the fact that we were moved into an dirty, unturned unit with maintenance issues and imply that they may still withhold our deposit monies even though the unit is in better condition than it was when we moved in ... we had to clean and scrub walls before we could unpack, but they didn't compensate us for our cleaning services ... and so on.

      Staff in office is friendly and personable. But there seems to be a lot of maintenance needed that they have to come into our home for. Or they schedule it and don't ever do it.

      Curious if action is being taken to update the paint on the outside of Paris, stairwells etc. Given extensive dry wrought is present. Also need more pet refuse stations to motivate dog owners to pick up excrement. The extra $25 charge imposed in March could pay for such stations. Why is there a lack of space for trash on the weekends? It is overflowing from the dumpster and a health issue.

      The staff was professional and usually helpful. Some of the other residents did not follow the carefree and allowed their children to run through the sprinklers at 10/11 pm causing sleep issues. The utilities were quite high at the time was there due to poor windows. I have heard the Windows have since been replaced since I lived there.
