It's our first experience with an apartment, so I'm not sure what's expected when living in them, but if you're considering this place, be sure that you're ok with having inspection after inspection, after inspection, after inspection, regardless if you're home or not. It's almost a monthly occurrence. They are not bulldog friendly, of any percentage. Unless you are lucky enough to get a 3 bedroom apartment, or live on the bottom floor, you will have to go up and down the stairs to do your laundry. Also, it's been mentioned by neighbors and on other review sites that they are extremely reluctant to give your deposit back, so make sure that you take pictures before and after your stay. The pool is only available a short time, but had to be closed multiple times for maintenance. On a positive note, the view of the mountains is great from nearly any apartment. The noise level depends on your neighbors. The staff are nice most times, but have no issue firing back at snappy residents. On the whole, it's not an awful place to live, as long as you don't mind someone checking in and looking around your place quite often.
