I am a resident of Oklahoma but would rent an apartment during summer visits to Colorado Springs. I was very pleased with both apartments that I rented at Quail Run. They were clean, neighbors were nice and management was wonderful.

I lived here for a little over three years and enjoyed my stay. The apartment was nice and clean when I moved in. Whenever we needed something from the maintenance team they fixed it quickly and were always very nice. The office staff were also very nice and professional every time I interacted with them. I really liked that they have a security company come through at night to cruise the parking lot. It was always a quiet place where I felt safe and comfortable.
