Have a meal out of the house at Edelweiss German Restaurant , Taste of Philly, Romano's Macaroni Grill, or Sushi Ring. We are also near Panera Bread and Qdoba for a quick bite to eat. There is even some of the areas best Mexican food at Arceo's Mexican Restaurant. After you have had a mouth-watering meal, you can go shopping at one of the nearby venues. Safeway is ready to help you fill your pantry, and we know that you will enjoy living close to a Dollar Tree for some value shopping. Home Depot and Office Depot will have all the supplies you need for your projects. We are near Walmart for everyday shopping. You can pick up household decorations at Bed, Bath & Beyond. Applicant has the right to provide Sienna Place with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in Colorado Revised Statutes 38-12-902(2.5); and 2) if Applicant provides Sienna Place with a PTSR, Sienna Place is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Sienna Place to access or use the PTSR.
