        Too noisy at night, neighbors upstairs play bass all night and all morning. Light switches still don't work in bedrooms.

        People are mostly nice, though there are noisy neighbors, child abuse (parents screaming at children), and partiers.

        The manager in the office needs a better personality and interact with residents in a more friendly manner. The girl at front desk is nice most of the time, seems overwhelmed a lot. Head maintenance guy is very personable and hard worker.

        The apartment is nicely located with stores and postal services close by. The whole staff is great but maintenance is a little lacking (due to past management companies' incompetence). Also, area could use better recreational amenities.
