    It's affordable and maintenance is good, but neighbors can be quite loud at times. Central location makes access to nearby shops easily accessible. Cigarette smoke is very noticeable in hallways.

    It looks like a cute very clean place an not too high! It's very close to where I work! An it allows my dog!! That's totally a pluse!!
