    We lived here for about 3 years and I was really sad to leave. My husband's job had been relocated, so we had to move. The office staff really felt like family to us and we loved our apartment. We spent many days at the pool and loved our neighbors as well. It's a great location and made it easy to commute to work. The complex was always clean and well taken care of, which was really important for us as we like to walk outdoors a lot. Sad we had to go, but happy to have had a few great years here.

    My initial move in was rough. I couldnt wait to move. The office staff, Valerie and Ashley are professional and caring. I moved to a 3 bedroom and my family and I love it. Brett, the property manager, spends more time trying to get things fixed the right way by hiring more maintenance staff and staying on top of projects. Ashely is more than a leasing agent, she tries to get things addressed and treats you like the customer and wants you to feel like you're home. Valerie, the assistant manager, actually walks the property and gets things done. She talks to you like a person and not like a tenant. The changes take time because this is an old proeprty but things are starting to change for the better. Great location for all ages and pet friendly!

    Great community! Near everything and beautiful views. Tons of trails to walk dogs. Friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are new and modern. People are always working on the property to make it better. It's clean and safe. I tell all my clients about it. Thanks for making it nice to live here!

    Officially living here for one year now and love it! I've been living in the area for many years now and have lived in four different apartment complexes and never really cared for any of them. This place is the best value for what you get. You get a great layout and size apartment, amazing amenities and it's pet friendly. The staff here is helpful and sincere. I've had a few issues and they happily took care of the issues quickly. The location is perfect too. There are stores and food close by and also great places to walk with my dog. No complaints that I can think of. It's a beautiful place. I'm glad I moved once again, this time it felt like an upgrade and for the same money. I'm not going anywhere.

    If you like peace & quiet, walking through clean, good smelling hallways without trash, & never being disturbed by hoards of unsupervised screaming children, DONT MOVE HERE. Its complete chaos constantly, kids running through the halls at all hours of the day & night with zero supervision from their parents, leaving trash, toys, & clothing as far as the eye can see. Management will do nothing to help you despite complaints from several tenants & their own employees, as well as numerous pictures & videos for proof. These same unsupervised children will ruin every moment of happiness you try to have at the pool & hot tub, & the fitness center is disgusting (they literally give you nothing to wipe the machines down with). Spend a little extra money on your sanity & go somewhere else. I certainly wish I had & long for the day I can get out of here.

    Know what you are paying for. Look at the rent, then add property (community) utilities and the Colorado Springs Utilities. The utilities for a 2 bedroom 2 bath has been $155 per month plus $65 from COS. Then the water is constantly being cut off, without warning and they call it an emergency. They send out emails about refer a friend and property news but they can't email you that they sudenly cut off the water or decided in the middle of the day (70+ degrees) to cut on the heat. The carpets in the hallways are disgusting, no matter how much they clean them. There are so many cars with tow stickers but they won't tow them. The front of the buildings are appealing but walk behind one. The security zips through at night without any care. Look up hot spots for crime through CSPD. The rent is way to high for a property management company that really doesn't want to spend any money on fixing it up. There is a reason why there are so many apartments available so close to a college.
