Great community with amazing office staff and maintenance. Very quiet and tucked away, great for myself and my young children, especially with the city park near by and the overall central location.

After I signed the lease I heard more about how this apartment complex was located in a "not so safe" part of town. I felt a little better knowing it was gated, but the side gate doesnt work, for a while it was not being closed and when it was, it was only a chain and a lock, code was useless. You have to drive all the way to the front office to use that gate (very inconvenient when your unti is on the other side). The unit was never the best, but I noted every imperfection in the move in list that made it dated and not clean from move in. I never cared enough to rate a place I lived in, but recently my unit was broken into and when I informed the front office, they didnt seem to care. I was very lucky the maintenance guys were able to change my locks right away, but that was the sign I needed to leave ASAP. I have never felt 100% safe and now that I know someone was in my apartment/bedroom and took my personal belongings, I feel so violated and do not want to stay there more than I have to (also there has been shootings and police activity at the hotel accross the street). It is not a bad place if you are looking for something cheap and mediocre, but if you live alone or have a family, I would not recommend this complex. Pay the difference and go somewhere safer.

The office managers are rude. The worse apartment complex we've ever lived in!!! Do not rent from here.. apartments okay but the office crew is the worse except the lady Jamie

The grounds are always well-kept, and the maintenance people are friendly, helpful, and speedy in a water-involved situation and relatively speedy the rest of the time. Also, we're on the second floor and have a pretty big balcony and a view of a park.

I had lived here a little over a year, so far, there has been no major issues. The parking situation is a concern. My guests are always trying to find parking since it was decided to reduce the availability of them.
