                                                Quiet community helps. Also a Safeway, a small strip mall, and schools are all within walking distances.

                                                Just the friendly people. No police presence. Cheap mortgage I can afford. Near stores and food we go to.

                                                Local businesses very close like grocery pet stores. Very quiet with conveniences close by. Neighbors that you can depend on.

                                                It's a super quiet neighborhood where everyone one knows each other and look out for each other. My favorite local bar is Burlington. It is so intimate and everyone knows me and my family there. I enjoy going to the Mexican restaurant close to my house with Family and friends

                                                It's easy to access goods and services. Public transportation is readily available. There are a lot pet owners like myself

                                                The views are immaculate and I love going to top golf. They serve great food and it's a very unique experience
