                                            Walking distance to many coffee Shops. Many biking and hiking trails. There is a small lake nearby to spend warm summer days swimming.

                                            I love being close to many different restaurants, bars, and, activities. My neighborhood is centrally located to many other attractions in town.

                                            This is a very quiet neighborhood. The kids do ride their bikes around but mainly only to travel to and from their homes. There is a park near by plus the school athletic area where the children play. At night, there is an occasional car that passes but no speeds on this road mainly because there are stop signs along the way. Many homes have dogs but because there are few trespassers, the dogs rarely bark which adds to the serenity of the neighborhood. And yet, because everyone has lived here at least 9 years or more, we know our neighbors and keep watch. I remember when I got my new car and parked it in my spot, my neighbor called me immediately to find out if everything was okay. As for stores, we are a mile from Safeway and Walmart and about 2-3 miles from shopping centers.

                                            I like my neighborhood because everyone is really friendly. We also have trails nearby that are perfect for walking . Behind our apartment complex we have food places and a gas station so you can go get food without wasting gas

                                            It's quite for the most part. There is a Walmart nearby which is very convenient. There are some parks nearby that are nice to walk to

                                            People are friendly yet not too nosy. Businesses are nearby but not really walkable. We're reasonably close to both downtown and the mountains.
