Local Reviews

I can walk to the grocery, ace hardware, the little bar when ever I need something. There are several small shopping centers within walking distance with restaurants. I can rent an e-bike and ride it downtown and not have to worry about drinking and driving. Everything is very driveable. I have several trails nearby.

Parks are nearby & schools are nearby. A shopping center is less than a mile away. A local credit union/bank is nearby and many fast food locations less than a mile away.

House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright's granddaughter. I.E. Unique beautiful homes. Caring neighbors.

It's an over 55 community which makes it quiet during the day and night. Restaurants are very close such as Applebees, Black Eye Peas, lots of fast food, and close to shopping center, gas stations, post office and medical facilities.

It's close to restaurants, grocery stores, and convenient stores. And for the most part it's quite. The area is affordable, has great schools near by.

During the day its relatively quiet. There is little traffic which allows you to feel a bit safer. It is within walking distance of a bakery, coffee shop, bar and barber shop.
