      I have lived here for three and a half years. My advice: LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE The elevators have been broken since day one. If you ask for help they say it will be fixed in 15 weeks. Okay?? That has never happened. They say you have assigned parking but there is always someone in your spot. The sales people only respond if you are asking for a lease, so tip: if you need help and they arent answering, call the sales line. Its worked 100% of the time. There are several buildings being constructed on 17th that I recommend looking into. I know I will be moving after my lease. The elevator is still broken and the backup elevator hardly works forcing us to walk up several flights of stairs with luggage, groceries, pets, etc. So if you are handicap or need access to a reliable elevator do not look here. (After mentioning that to the front desk, the lady said "I know right"). Our heat has been out for a week and the staff is unhelpful. They offered us to meet with the property manager in 2 weeks and gave us a space heater. In Colorado. In December. The maintenance people do not have any insight as to when we will get the necessary part for our heater, either. Do not expect a comfortable living experience with Maxx Properties or 300 East 17th.

      If you're okay with harassing management for the duration of your lease then you can get away with living here cheaper than most surrounding buildings with similar features. Unfortunately that is where the good ends

      I had a good experience with John from leasing- we ended up choosing a different building but I was impressed with Johns customer service and etiquette. I would def consider living here after my experience with John.

      Great location. Town house spacious and nice remodeling. Maintenance issues were not always handled promptly or completely. Laundry machines being replaced now, but many broken or leaking.

      I lost quite a bit of space, moving from my prior apartment. It was very average in terms of design, somewhat boxy, very small balcony. I lived in a unit that had not been renovated so I imagine the renovated units are better. I experienced an issue with getting a lot of mold in the bathroom; it was not at all well-ventilated, and I assume those issues were largely because of that lack of ventilation when the shower was on. I could smell garbage from garbage chute-another issue I had.
