      I have no hot water. We've lived here for a few months now, often times there is no hot water and I can't even shower in the morning. Maintenance has been aware several times since we moved in, no improvements.

      The staff in the office and the maintenance men are very helpful and friendly. However, building 1 has turned into a disaster area. Everyday something new is broken in the basement and there is food/garbage littered throughout the hallway and entrances. The kids are running around unsupervised, trashing the place. Last week there was a hole punched in the wall by a tenant in the basement, who also seem to think the place is a storage unit keeping furniture and unused items in the hallway. Absolutely awful seeing building 1 be completely trashed in the last year. Such a disappointment for luxury living and expensive rent. Was a very different place when I moved in.

      BEWARE!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! They tell you to get electric in your name but do not tell you you are also going to be paying extra to them for community electric in the list of other extras you will pay they on top of your rent. Nothing they say verbally to you is in writing until you sign the lease and ready to move in that day. Been here for three weeks, no hot water, 5 calls in the past week for hot water, two were made today and still no hot water. The apartment smells, huge hole in the wall under the bathroom sink, no screens, blinds broken, new vertical blinds are falling down, ceiling is yellow with yellow streaks and dirt balls hanging down, water marks on ceiling for big leak never painted. Service requests are a joke, they put completed and they have not been taken care of the first week here if that tells you anything. Insufficient parking and laundry facilities, management does not keep you informed of the ongoing issues you have and what they are doing. Broken appliances piled in parking lot, cable box broken into on apt building looked like 4th of July all the wires out. Don't let the model apartment fool you! Its not what you will get for all the money they want. They are selling you a lemon.

      Rent is extremely high for the the old building . Old appliances ,old pipes that get clogged etc. Old carpet . Neighbors don't clean up after dogs and doesn't seem to be enforced . Constantly turning off water for repairs .Loud ,trashy neighbors . I moved in 3 years ago in June and it was much nicer, cleaner, more courteous neighbors . People smoke in the stairwells and are just trashy . Not enough laundry facilities, broken washer in bldg. 8 for months. Probably wont renew lease .

      The apartment itself was nice. It had quality materials and a nice, open feel to it. The grounds were very poorly maintained. The pool was allowed to turn green. The sidewalk was destroyed by roofers and never repaired. The bocce court became nothing more than a sandbox. The management, with a few shining exceptions, was unprofessional and unresponsive. You would frequently get different answers from different people. And yet the rent kept climbing higher and higher with less and less value.
