If you like roaches and fees move here. The charge you gas and electric even though you have your own connection with xcel. Woke up this morning with a roach on the kitchen table we are very clean people there was no food out or anything. Just told the leasing office we seen roaches in the elevator a week ago. They don't care they will do something when the whole building is infested. They know the elevators are broken and will only fix interior details when the problem is the lift and door

I have lived here since 2009 and have seen several mgnt companies come and go. The current one (AMC) is by far the best! they have made tons of updates & renovations inside and out. Finally a company that cares about their property & tenants (everyone here is so nice from the manager, down to the housekeeping people- always so friendly and helpful!).

In my experience, the staff was not very helpful (with the exception of the maintenance crew, who I became very familiar with due to the many problems in my unit). The staff was also found to be very rude and unresponsive, especially in terms of the infestation problems throughout the community. I had to reach out to the corporate offices to receive assistance - they ended up letting me out of my lease due to the infestation problems (roaches and bed bugs were present in my building).

The office staff is very friendly and seem as though they really like their jobs. The other residents are very easy going and friendly.

Tenants are misbehaving a lot and constantly vandalizing the property. Since moving in in 2003 I personally have experienced 8 false fire alarms. Most recently someone broke out the glass in the exit door near my apartment.
