I have dust allergies and I was looking for a place with hardwood floors. I was able to find a Cherry Plaza that has that AND air conditioning at an affordable rent. The unit is quiet and I am always seeing the cleaning crew around the property. I appreciate that the staff are diligent in keeping the property clean; especially during a pandemic! MOVE IN 9/7/21. tyt

I have lived here for 5 years and is a quiet place even on the weekends. Neighbors look after each other and helpful when they see you struggling. The owner, the management, maintenance and property house keeping staff are very helpful, courteous, friendly and get your service gets done in a timely manner. CVM

This place has been amazing the last 2 1/2 months that I lived here. I moved from a complex that lets just say was horrible and almost made me 100% move from Denver till I found this place. If you want a place that is one top of repairs, great office/maintenance staff and most of all a safe great place to live. I would absolutely recommend this place for any type of person.

The building is right across from the Colorado station light rail and bus hub, so its very easy to get around without a car: downtown, the airport, tech center, really anywhere the light rail or the bus goes. The rent is very affordable, and there are no add-ons for utilities, services, or amenities. What you see is what you get and what you pay, so the pricing is really transparent. I like the fact that the people who work here mostly live here too, so there are people always around to respond quickly if something goes wrong. The location is really terrific with everything within walking distance. You really dont need a car to live here.

Moved in January 1 this year and so far, we are loving it! Great location, friendly staff and neighbors. Cant hear too much of the neighbors from inside the apartment which is awesome

I have been here for over a yr and it is the quietest place i have ever rented. The staff is very helpful and the maintenance is the quickest here than anywhere else I have rented. I have never had a issue here!! The manager was nice enough to carry some heavy boxes that were delivered for me up to the top floor was so impressed he did not have to do that for me!!! JP
