I have lived here for about 3 months and I love my apartment! Staff is great too! Maintenance is very helpful and my dog loves the dog park!

Ive been a resident here for almost 5 years now. When we first moved here, staff was attentive, property was well maintained, rules were better enforced. At this point, we are searching to find something anything better than this. Rats everywhere, dumpsters overflowing, overgrown weeds. Nobody picks up after their dogs. The pool was shut down by the city and both the pool and hot tub are continually out of order. A main pipe burst and we had absolutely no water for over 24 hours. There is zero parking anymore, not well lit, and the gates and doors all have busted locks so the lazier residents dont have to worry about using a key while the rest of us worry for our safety. Im so upset this place has turned this bad with no positive future in sight. If this place is charging over $1000 a place, they should make it worth the money.

The management was indifferent and I wouldn't recommend Infinity Flats.
