The only worry I had when moving in was concern over lack of central heating/cooling. There are a few uncomfor Read Moretable days during spring and fall because of the coolant/broiler system but it's nothing to make life at Nuvo any less awesome! Great location, great neighborhood. I'm happy I made the move!

I love Nuvo overall, but the following are areas that are problematic:
1) The poor insulation of the doors Read More/windows...they are like sieves & let in hot/cold air & make for inefficient heating/cooling.
2) The fact that we don't have access to storage & there is only one key...I'm paying for two storage units & would like to access them when I need them.
3) The fact that the lounge is closed in the evenings when most people would use it.
4) The entry/hallways/laundry get pretty dirty.
