Horrible parking conditions. I would have to park on the road outside of the complex if I got home after 6pm. I had mice in my cabinets and when I contacted the leasing office, I was told to "go out and buy mouse traps" until pest control could come the following week. I thought that was what they did? The person above me had a water tank leak that destroyed my apartment. They were extremely inefficient at fixing my carpet and walls (took over 3 weeks) after the leak.

Problems with piping: water heater broke, tub/sinks won't drain, sink stinks, toilet running. Heating: poor due to vent location
