Point 21 staff has some of the nicest and most dedicated individuals that genuinely want to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying where you live.

Management can make for a good or bad experience, I think it is one of the most important factors when deciding where to lease. From the moment I arrived at Point21 I was greeted with a warm smile & nice conversation from Amanda. She was there to help ME however she could, and she let that be known. She showed me multiple units in my price range and adjusted move-in dates for the best price possible. I have never been treated so well by apartment staff before, which is why I chose to sign my lease that same day. I dont regret it one bit, and the move-in process alone proved to me that I chose the right place to live.

Great Location, everything is walkable, the office staff is great, Tanner always went above and beyond, great person. Homeless is a little high but it is downtown living, when I lived here they did not bother me just a eye sore updated..

Very close to The View House and Coors Field! Work orders are completed fast and the office staff are always helpful. -The pool could be bigger but it is year-round same as the hot tub. The gym is not the biggest but it is 24/7 -24/7 Clubhouse and Rooftop Lounge which you can reserve for private events. updated 6/19

I have lived her a little over a year. They made moving in very smooth even though it was on a non work day. Any problems I had got fixed within a day. Super nice staff and very easy to talk to regarding anything. I moved into a one bedroom and after a year I loved it and moved into a two bedroom. Neighbors are not noisy and outside is only noisy during the weekends. Great location is a bonus!

My boyfriend and I loved Point 21. The staff are the sweetest! Our dogs loved the maintenance guys Scott and Shelby EVEN though they barked all the time. 😂 If anything in the apartment ever needed looked at, they were on it! The lighting… omgsh our plants THRIVED. Appliances are phenomenal. The washer and dryer fit our king size comforter that’s huge. Super close by stores, restaurants, and bars. If living in the heart of downtown Denver is something you are looking for, I definitely recommend giving Point 21 a visit!

Im honestly shocked to see bad reviews about this place. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments around Denver and haven’t met a staff that works nearly half as hard as everyone in Point 21. Tanner and Joselyn in the front office have been absolutely amazing to say the least. Matt and the maintenance staff have been nothing but quickly, timely, and efficient. The area isn’t that best but that doesn’t stop the Point 21 staff from treating your living experience like you’re living at a 5 star hotel. To the people mentioning poor experiences of certain things not working (elevator and pool), those were all fixed VERY quickly. If you’re looking for an affordable apartment with amazing staff, fun events, and a real sense of caring for their tenants, you should live at Point 21.

Lived there for 3 there for three years. Solid spot even through change of management. Sirens are loud if your apartment faces Lawrence st.

This apartment is great, location is awesome! You're within walking distance to pretty much everything ballpark has to offer. The amenities are nice and the apartments are VERY spacious. Easy access to the highway and the staff is super responsive and friendly.

I moved in Friday and my experience has been EXCELLENT so far. The staff (office, maintenance, etc.) are all AMAZING!! Neighbors have all seemed very friendly so far as well. I moved from Atlanta and had less than a week to find and sign a lease on a place. VERY happy with my decision so far!!

We moved in this January and have been nothing but impressed with this community! The leasing staff are so sweet & very helpful and the maintenance team is great–the common areas are always very clean & well kept. The location is hard to beat...very walkable! I would highly recommend Point 21!
