    Beautiful on the inside. However, they up-sell like no ones business. They do not tell you that youll be on the phone with maintenance begging them for help and to please come and look, but the guy on the phone wants to walk you through it because he just got home, as youre standing in a puddle of water. Oh, and why are we paying for exterminators when weve never seen them and my wife opened the microwave 5 minutes ago and screamed as 3 spiders ran out. Plus, I dont know what those creepy shelled thousand legger things are that I have to keep catching. If you get lucky, youll find some nice neighbors and their are plenty, but just as many not so many ones with manners. For instance, when going to work and getting the children into your car for school, you cant help but hear and see the unbelievable fight between two women that apparently cant find any other words to communicate but curse words! So, it hurries you to get out of there as fast as possible so your children dont hear. That brings me to parking. Let me just wish you good luck! Be home before 4-5 or plan on a long walk after a hard days work and bless you if you decided to stop for some things. Then, lets move on to security... half the day, most of the night- front gate open. They keep saying theyre going to fix the others, but never do, so youre stuck. And then when theyre there, they just leave the gates open (for our convenience, of course). When theyre gone- shut, locked. Pool is nice if you can stand the children screaming and shouting at your children, splashing them, taunting them, making them cry until you have to leave. I chuckle when people write about the dogs. The dogs have more manners than these children and have not caused thousands of dollars in destruction costs alone. Listen, staff is nice. But, Im sorry, we will not be renewing again.

    I love this place I already have time living here, it is a comfortable and pleasant place and I had no problems at all, the manager is very friendly and very responsible the maintenance mr also very responsible very clean our parking lots and the lady who speaks Spanish very good person respectful I have no complaints about this place

    Love living at the ridge at lowry. Feels like I'm living in a house because of the amenities and tranquillity. The staff is amazing, more than I can ask for.

    For starters, management is great, very friendly and responsive. Parking can be hard to find, I guess most people here own 3+ cars. Dumpsters fill up quickly and a lot of residents dump umwanted furniture frequently. Dog owners here are pretty disrespectful as far as picking up after their dogs even though bags are provided by The Ridge at multiple locations throughout the community. Decent little kids park that our daughter loves, despite some trash and broken glass. Overall awesome complex to live in, great management but some awful, trashy residents.

    Ive made good friends living here but I think my dog made more friends socializing at the off leash dog park. I had a few cosmetic issues with my apartment, just like any apartment, and they were fixed within a respectful time. No complaints on noise or drama. Weight room, pool, and theater room was always clean and picked up. Friendly staff too. Just make sure your friends park outside of the gate after 8pm otherwise theyll get towed! No joke!
