ITS QUIET DURING THE DAY AND IS CLOSE TO SHOPS AND OPEN AREA LIKE PARKS. PEOPLE SEEM FRIENDLY IN OUR AREA BUT TRAFFIC NEEDS CALMING DOWN

Is really quite and clean at night no one bothers you and even the mail man knows almost of the people that leave here.

It's a growing neighborhood and property values are skyrocketing. Many businesses are setting up shop here and if the local NFL team builds a new stadium here, it will only cause the values to rise more.

Lots of nature, trees, grass, flowers etc. Quiet. Nice to hang out outside and gather fresh air an.
