    Extremely thin walls. Can hear everything the neighbors do. The apartments are average. The floors are awful so its always noisy to the people below. The leasing staff are the worst people I have ever met. They never listen to you if they have decided to take action against you. They pretend to be all nice at the top. Avoid such toxic people. So unprofessional and money minded. All they care is about business. PLS STAY AWAY FROM ASPENLEAF. There are much better apartments in Fort Collins. PLS AVOID THESE APARTMENTS AT ANY COST.

    Friendly staff. Children's play area with slides and a sandbox. Central heating and air conditioning. The grounds are well taken care of.

    I recently took a tour after visiting several other apartment complexes. I was looking for an apartment for my daughter. I have to say, immediately walking into Aspenleaf both myself & my daughter felt welcomed. All of the ladies in the office were so cheery & personable. We chose Aspenleaf to tour based on the fact that the complex is close to CSU. The apartment we toured was beautiful! It was spacious and the layout was practical and well designed. The grounds, although its winter time, appeared to be well maintained. My daughter fell in love with Aspenleaf. I highly recommend Aspenleaf.

    Everything was good theu didnt mention they had a certain limitation on how much a house hold can make even for more rooms it stays at the same income based. They were very nice up until we went to get our deposit back. The one lady was very short n rude when talking to us. we got out deposit but had to knock on The door several times before an answer.
