This unit is newly renovated and boasts a mini-fridge, microwave, hot-plate and a desk/workspace area. All utilities are paid, except for TV and phone services but each unit does have a smart TV so you will be able to login to your streaming subscriptions. Boston Commons also has a beautiful pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends and a gym open year round; which is included in the rent price. Our building is located right next to the pool and gym! All unit doors open from the outside via covered breezeways. All floors require the use of stairs, even the first floor. Each unit has air conditioning, heating, and WiFi. We use keypad access for all buildings and for each renovated unit. There are tons of nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options.                                                 There is a shopping area within a short driving distance which is convenient. My neighbor hood is close enough to the mountains that we can drive there in 30 minutes. There is a library close by. There is a nice park within walking distance.

                                                Our neighborhood is ethnically and economically diverse which creates a community of "everyone is welcome". It is one of the few semi -affordable neighborhoods left in Seattle and has a lot of old family owned businesses that treat their community well. My favorite shop is Lee's Produce. They are family owned and treat their regular customers like family. I like that I can walk around and say hello to most of the people we pass because we know and look out for each other

                                                The transportation near our community is very convenient. Daily life can be done on foot. There are also many delicious food nearby

                                                quiet and safe, beautiful landscaping, many extensive occupations and wide variety of jobs excellent schools and access to continuing education
