          Hello, I am renting out the basement of my rental house, I live upstairs. Rooms are negotiable, I will take either the basement or the upstairs. I am looking for a 50/50 split. Your rent is $1500/mo, utilities included. The overall rent on the house is $2700 and after utilities, it is about ~$3100/mo. Please leave your name and number if you are interested and I will reach out. In the basement, you get your own living room, bedroom, and bathroom with a standing tiled shower all on the same level of the house. I will get the 3rd level bedroom and middle floor living room, though you are welcome to use that living room as well. We will share the kitchen, washer, and dryer. If you'd like you can park in the garage as my truck does not fit anyways. Move-in can happen any time between now and 9/30/24. You will need to apply through my property manager and then we will sign a 1 year lease. A little about me, I have a beautiful and nice Alaskan Malamute dog however she does not play nice with other dogs living in the same house, so no pets are allowed. Also, I am a working and studying professional who is quiet and clean and I would like my roommate to be like that as well. I work two jobs and study for my master's degree so you won't see nor hear much from me. It will be a peaceful home. However, I will be happy to hang out sometimes. Because of the proximity of so many things people are always walking and biking in the neighborhood. When my grandchildren visit, they always have something to do.
